Frisée lettuce
Baby Arugula
Fresh Strawberries
sliced
Grapes
halved
Candied Pecans
Crumbled Goat Cheese
Pear-Infused Balsamic Vinaigrette:
1/4
cup
pear-infused balsamic vinegar
1/4
cup
olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a jar or capped bottle, combine ingredients for vinaigrette and shake vigorously to emulsify. Dress the salad and top with crumbled goat cheese.
