Ingredients

gin
preferably London dry
1/2
ounce
Cointreau or other triple sec
1/4
ounce
limoncello
1/4
ounce
Campari
1/2
ounce
fresh lemon juice
1
large egg white
3
or 4 thin strips of lemon zest
for garnish
Ice
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon zest.
