Fall Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

apples
chopped into 3/4" chunks

pears
chopped into 3/4" chunks

stalks celery
1/4" sliced crosswise

pomegranate seeds

can mandarin oranges
drained

finely chopped candied ginger

chopped cinnamon sugar pecans

honey

mayo

plain yogurt

apple cider

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Toss together all fruit and nuts in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mayo, yogurt, cider and vinegar until smooth. Pour over fruit and toss to combine.
